It also includes oral knowledge, Garhwali culture, customs, craftsmanship, and the relationships that keep sacred places active and respected. Any future cultural heritage construction, rebuilding, renovation, or restoration support must begin with a verified community need, appropriate permissions, qualified advice, and local custodianship.
