Kanswal Digital Services

Kanswal Digital Services

Custom software and responsible AI development from India.

We build and improve software, responsible AI and reliable digital systems, and help companies create practical HR and hiring processes. We work with organisations in India and abroad, with a named lead and clear written scope for every accepted engagement.

We are accepting project enquiries. Scope, team, fees, delivery dates and support will be confirmed in writing before work begins.

01

Named technical lead

Accepted work will have clear ownership for design, review and release decisions.

02

Written acceptance checks

Scope, security needs, testing and release checks will be agreed before work begins.

03

Release responsibility

The named technical lead remains responsible for review, release and agreed support.

Digital product capability

From first idea to dependable release.

Tell us what you need to build or improve. We will review the fit and agree the scope, delivery team and checks before any commitment.

01

Ruby on Rails Development and Modernization

A Rails product should remain easy to change as the business grows. We help organisations build new web applications, modernize legacy Rails systems, improve slow user journeys and strengthen release confidence without hiding delivery risk behind a rewrite proposal.

02

Responsible AI Development and Automation Services

Useful AI begins with a real workflow, not a model demo. We help businesses identify a bounded use case, connect approved knowledge, define when a human must decide and verify the experience against safety, quality, latency and cost expectations before wider release.

03

QA and Test Automation Services

More tests do not automatically create more confidence. We help product teams identify the journeys that would hurt users or the business if they failed, automate the right checks and make release evidence understandable to both engineers and decision makers.

04

Application Monitoring and Reliability Services

Reliable software needs more than an uptime check. We help organisations see whether important user journeys are healthy, detect failures before they become prolonged customer problems and build a practical response process around the signals that matter.

05

Android App Development Services

A dependable mobile product is more than a set of screens. We connect the Android experience to secure backend services, design for real network conditions and verify critical journeys across application, API and release boundaries.

HR and Hiring Process Consulting

Growing a team can become difficult long before a company needs a large HR department. We help Indian and international companies make roles clearer, run a fair hiring process, improve onboarding and build HR routines that people can actually follow. The company keeps every employment decision.

Live product example

See how we put responsible AI into practice.

The Bhagavad Gita reflection experience is a small, working product built by Kanswal Digital Services. A founder or business owner does not need technical knowledge to try it: ask about a difficult decision, work pressure or uncertainty and see how a focused AI experience can feel.

Behind the simple screen, the application uses reviewed source material, checks prompts and responses, controls usage and removes conversations after 24 hours. It shows the kind of useful AI product we can shape around a real business need without asking the user to understand the technology.

How delivery will work

A clear process from scope to release.

If a project is accepted, its scope, technical owner, fees, acceptance checks and support will be agreed in writing before work begins.

  1. 01

    Discover and define

We clarify users, outcomes, scope, risks, budget, acceptance criteria and an achievable release plan.

  2. 02

    Architect and de-risk

A senior technical lead establishes system boundaries, security expectations, test strategy and delivery standards.

  3. 03

    Build and review

The named technical lead reviews changes and keeps work within the agreed scope and release checks.

  4. 04

    Verify, release and support

Automated tests, reviews and demonstrations lead into managed deployment, documentation and agreed support.

Before work is accepted

Every project starts with a fit check.

We review the technical need, delivery capacity and commercial requirements before accepting any project.

Clear fit

We accept work only when the need matches the skills and capacity available for delivery.

Named ownership

The proposal identifies who owns technical decisions, review and release.

Commercial clarity

Scope, fees, tax treatment, invoicing and payment terms are confirmed before work begins.

Delivery responsibility

The proposal names who is responsible for technical decisions, review, release and support.

How we check the work

Agreed checks before release.

The checks depend on the product, its users, its data and the effect of a failure. They are agreed before work begins.

Named technical ownership and architecture review
Written acceptance criteria
Peer-reviewed pull requests
Automated API and browser tests
Security and dependency scanning
Performance, deployment and rollback checks

Before we begin

Useful answers before you enquire.

Who accepts a software project?

Kanswal Digital Services reviews every enquiry. A project is accepted only after the scope, delivery lead, contract, tax, invoicing and payment requirements are clear.

Is this a paid service or a donation?

This is a paid professional service. Project fees pay for contracted work and are not charitable donations.

Can organisations outside India enquire?

Yes. We welcome enquiries worldwide. Contract, tax, invoicing, banking and data requirements are confirmed before an overseas project is accepted.

Who will work on the project?

The proposal will name the technical owner and delivery team, along with their responsibilities for review, release and support.

What happens after an enquiry?

We review the business need and respond by email. If there is a potential fit, we schedule discovery and prepare a scoped proposal before any commitment or payment.
